I woke up several times with a dry mouth and a feeling of suffocation. I'll post again tomorrow.

You show an AirSTART machine in your equipment--similar name/different company.
If your Airsense 10 Autoset is no longer on the selection list, you may do as I have done;
and show your machine in text form under "Additional comments".

You raised your minimum to 9, but you haven't started using EPR. I think it's worth trying if you're willing.

It'd be very helpful if you would let us know how well or badly your slept when you post a chart.

edited my cpap. I think I made a mistake in activating it, I will change it to EPR level 1 cmH2O and EPR Always. With today's screenshot I found myself very tired and sleepy as if I had not slept. Tomorrow I will post the screenshot and my appreciation, greetings friends

I have incorporated the Resmed climate control tube into my therapy.I woke up to a significant leak in the morning. I controlled it by adjusting the mask. The dream has been with vivid dreams and when I wake up I feel more rested than the night before last

It's good to hear you had a better night. I recommend that you stick with these settings for another two or three nights, then raise your EPR to 2 and your minimum pressure to 10. I'll be curious to learn how that goes.

The more you can fix your leaks, the more restful your sleep will be, I suspect.

It's fairly common to see more CAs with the introduction of EPR. They tend to come after breathing that indicates you're experiencing an arousal, either from sleeping to waking or from a deeper sleep to a more shallow sleep. I don't myself think of such CAs as themselves a problem, though the arousals can be.

How rested did you feel after this night?

Hello, sorry for not translating the previous post. I felt like I always did four hours after having slept seven hours, I had to go to sleep for another hour and thirty minutes to be rested.I am aware of the awakenings caused by the mask

My personal experience is that my flow limits are up when I am congested.

I use an Olbas(menthol inhaler) and plenty of humidity. It’s like stepping into the hot shower and sinuses open up. Once opened I turn on the pap and usually good to go most of the night.

Perhaps adding in humidity might balance out the flow limits.

I'm glad you're feeling more rested. I'd recommend staying with these settings for a little while longer.

I can see that you're having a fair number of arousals, with and without CAs. It would be good to think about what is causing them. Your leaks are at the top of my list of guesses. Have you watched a video about how to fit your particular mask? There may be some small adjustments you can make that would reduce your leaks. People who use full-face masks sometimes benefit from hanging the mask off the side of the pillow, if that's something you haven't tried yet.

It appears that you go to bed at fairly different times on different nights. There are some standard recommendations for how to get better sleep that you might consider. I was skeptical at first, but when I made some changes after reading these, I really did sleep better.

• Keep a consistent sleep schedule. Get up at the same time every day, even on weekends or during vacations.
• Set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
• Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy.
• If you don’t fall asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed.
• Establish a relaxing bedtime routine.
• Use your bed only for sleep and sex.
• Make your bedroom quiet and relaxing. Keep the room at a comfortable, cool temperature.
• Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings.
• Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Don’t eat a large meal before bedtime. If you are hungry at night, eat a light, healthy snack.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet.
• Avoid consuming caffeine in the late afternoon or evening.
• Avoid consuming alcohol before bedtime.
• Reduce your fluid intake before bedtime.
