The biggest problem with MyAir in my view is the weighing of the score toglether with the little messages of support. I remember a guy who had an AHI of 45 but his "score " was very high and the message was something along the lines of "that's a great result, keep up the good work! "
Trying to reduce any complex system to a single number is bound to end in tears.

According to A.I., all the MyAir stuff is gonna work a whole lot better soon, once ResMed allows him to be in charge of it all. Then he said we should all just lie back and rest easy. I hung up right after that, though, because the echoing of the evil laughter got to be kinda scary sounding over the phone.
