Did you miss a decimal point here? AHI of 83 is in no way "mild"

Any chance OSCAR can be modified to accept EMAY data? I believe there's a way to modify the .csv it so that it can be read by the oximitry wizard but I don't know what the file layouts are.

While the is some cross-over between the two forums, IIRC, the apneaboard forum members are populated by folks closer to the development and maintenance of OSCAR.
I’d suggest that you ask your latest question to that forum.
