The weird breathing occured around 08.59 in the morning.

from what i can gather (and i may be wrong) the advantage of sleephq is that after you post it, someone else looking at the chart can zoom in to see certain aspects. with oscar, you are the only one that can zoom in.

That's great! I wish OSCAR had the same function. I'll check out SleepHQ and see if I can post it here.

Can you tell me if at any time while you're awake, breathing on the machine, that the machine is sending in pulses that may or may not be in sync with your breathing?

Nothing other than my own breathing is affecting the data/breathing patterns. It seems to match up with my pulse which is around 77-78 bmp when asleep according to my Fitbit.

To be clear, you do not have a high BPM at all.

You have severe flow limitation, and every now and then it's so bad that flow stops in mid inhalation and resumes a split second later. However, since the machine reregisters a breath every time inspiration hits -0-, it counts that breath as 2 and the 5-breath averaging window gets a bump.

Seriously, thank you for looking at the data and giving feedback.

The ENT-doctor who wrote the referral to the sleep clinic saw that my tongue base is thick. He said that he wouldn't be surprised if I'd need a CPAP.
