Make your Events graph on top larger so we can see the events flagged and remove the snore graph (not much on it so it isn't of great value).

Would a i recommendation be setting it to 9.0 on cpap to prevent all these pressure changes?

Hi all, I just got a BiPaP-ST from a lab because I failed CPAP, APAP, and regular BiPaP. My settings are IPAP 10, EPAP 5, Ti Min 0.3, Ti Max 1.5s and RR 12.0 or Backup respiratory rate 12. I am still having obstructive events but unsure what to do. I assume maybe increase IPAP by 0.5 week by week slowly? OSCAR below. It seems like im flow limited as I have the same pattern regularly.

This will be an interesting thread to follow. It will show what happens when somebody with poor sleep and no sleep-disordered breathing decides to DW CPAP.
And on cue:

Patient is here for an all-night CPAP PSG. CPAP started at 4cm/h20 with an Extra-Small Fisher & Paykel Evora full-face mask. Tech gradually increased pressure up to 10cm/h20 and found patient to not respond well to therapy. Tech then initiated BIPAP therapy and patient still struggled with therapy and centrals apneas persisted. At 2am, tech initiated BIPAP ST therapy and patient tolerated therapy much better. While at 10/5cm/h2o, Ti: 1.5, BUR=12, patient's respiratory events were eliminated. Overall response to therapy was positive. Patient may benefit from BIPAP ST therapy at home.

Hi, I’ve been diagnosed with OSH but can not afford a tiltration. I was wondering the safe way to start as I was recommended to get a ResMed 10 autoset. My sleep report is below.

How long have you been sleeping on the settings prescribed by the lab? (how many nights? how many hours per night?)
What is your sleep quality? Are you having benefit from the setting recommended by the sleep tech?
Have you tried sleeping a week on those setting
without looking at OSCAR data?
If not, I suggest you do that, only loggin you sleep time with the machine and your sleep quality

In a review of his data, the AHI on diagnostic night was 0.4.
The AHI on BiPAP S/T night was 0.5.
Didn't make a lot of headway there.
Can one rummage through data and find windows w/o events regardless of the parameters?
Of course.
Will those those settings be The Magic Bullet?
Doubt it.
