Would a good pressure to start be 6-12, EPR 2, and then slowly go up 0.5 1-2 days.
Min 7, EPR, (maybe?) max 20, (there's no legitimate reason to start with a lowered max pressure) The pressure won't go up any higher than it *needs* to, and most people don't have any problem with the machine doing it's job.

Oh interesting. I was recommend 12 to lower the risks of treatment emergent central apneas.

No, what was recommended was that you don't need CPAP:

BTW

What massive dips in SPO2 at night are those?

Which is not a "risk", some people talk like a few centrals here and there are some kid of terrible scary thing.
They're wrong.
If you find that you're one of the few that get "treatment emergent central apneas" at some pressure, (maybe 14, maybe 12, maybe 10, maybe 7, maybe never) then you address it there.

You have no apneas!
Of course if you play around with settings etc. you will see changes, but it doesn't mean you need Cpap. Why are you so fixated on using it?

The Hyponeas give me similar feelings to Sleep Apnea. Im losing my memory, brain fog, lack of sleep, nightmares, forgetting things much often. The CPAP helped last night finally get a goods night rest i havent gotten in weeks.

Hypopneas are little apneas, and if you back-sleep you'll get lots of them... try side-sleeping.

I get them no matter what. The sleep study showed I had more Hyponeas on my side, but as well as my back. I cant sleep on my stomach due to scoliosis.

No, they're not, please stop spouting nonsense.

Just ignore Julie.
It's clear that you're having restricted breathing, because something's causing your pressure to jump up as soon as (probably) you drop off to sleep.
The AHI chart is one of the least useful charts that Oscar has, if you can get the snore chart on there, that'd help though. you can change the size of the charts by grabbing and dragging the lines between them. The flags can be smaller, leave flow rate the same, and see if you can get snore in with the others, so you have flags, flow rate, pressure, leak, flow limitations and snore.
I'd suggest increasing the min pressure to 7, maybe 8, and see what that does.

Hi, I did a 3 hour session with more data. I feel like crap, probably because i was recommended to turn the pressure down from 10 to 8 and turn off ramp. Any recommendations.

Who told you to do that?
I repeat what I said originally, (look up thread), though I'm gonna suggest a minimum of 8 now.

I suggest raising
pressure There's a few things, *very* few, that can be improved by lowering pressure.
Until we see one of those, I don't see any reason tower pressure.
