How do I check the version of Resmed Airsense 10 software version?
It's not like your phone, there's only been ONE OTA software update, and that was years ago.

But, it's under the 'about' menu.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Unlike the makers of phones and computers,
Resmed tries to get it right--right off the bat.
Don't you wish everybody cared like that?

I was just wondering what causes gaps in data logging during therapy hours. I have been trying get to the bottom of the problem for the last three months without success. The problem I am having is not that common. That is why a lot of people think it is due to clock setting. But I am convinced it is not. If someone in Resmed sits down and analyzes the data from my machine, an answer is likely to be found.

You have started numerous topics.

People have been responding. You then ignore the responses and disappear.

People have been asking you to post graphs. You haven't.
People have advised you about the forum image capacity and work around. You ignore it.

Don't bother asking questions, if you're going to ignore the responses.

I have tried multiple times to attach images without success. When did 8 become numerous. I read all replies and respond when necessary. Here is another attempt

. Can someone explain the breaks in the graphs?

numerous=many.

can't explain the gaps. someone with greater knowledge will take a swing at that.

what concerns me is that you are at a fixed pressure of nine. this isn't doing your therapy any favors. see how your pressure pressure raises to 9 and then can't go any higher? this is okay for your sleep before 2 am. but at 2 am, you start having obstructive events. that's what the OA means on the left side of the top events graph.

pressure needs to go higher but cannot because it's set to a fixed, immovable pressure of 9. if i were you, i'd set the machine to apap mode and set the lower pressure to at least 7 (if not 9) and the higher pressure at 20. (it won't go to 20 unless it needs to to control your events.)

does what i just said make sense? i'm not talking down to you. i merely want to make sure that i'm communicating with you.

if you have any questions, please ask.

good luck!

This looks like something we have seen in the past with a Respironics machine. We just called it the multiple session bug and we never could figure out what was causing it. I haven't seen it with a ResMed machine though.

Look at all the sessions....numerous sleep sessions and most being 1 to 3 minutes in duration.

So...either a major power problem at the electric outlet causing multiple outages or something wrong with the machine and/or internal software.

I would be returning the machine....what you see happening isn't normal...we don't know what is causing it and we can't fix it either.. I returned a Respironics machine for doing this very thing.

My provider did change my machine once already. The problem with the first machine has become worse with the replacement. The break is not due to power outage because in that case each break would be followed by a ramp. Note that there is a ramp when we turn off the machine to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

There is something wrong with this machine.
It needs to be returned under warranty issues.
You can't fix this problem.

just for my own education, are you saying that because of these "breaks" showing up, we can't trust the data that oscar is presenting?

Are you using the same SD card in both machines? might be a bad card.
