It's great to hear you feel you slept well. How much of the night do you think you spent on your back? Did you make any changes aside from the changes to your pressure settings?
About your flow limitations: do you have a stuffy nose?
I spent no time on my back, as far as I know. Only changes where to my pressure. Changed from 7 min 20 max to 10 min 20 max, EPR 3, ramp off- are my current settings. Im not sure why OSCAR is saying its displayed incorrectly.
Yes, my nose is constantly stuffy and I am a mouth breather.

Was it like this before you commenced CPAP treatment?

Do you by any chance have the ramp feature on with a pressure of 7?
It’s seeming more and more likely that you need to stay off your back to sleep well. I’m glad you were able to do it without a lot of trouble.
You might sleep better still if your nose were less stuffy. Have you tried Flonase? Nasal rinses like Neilmed?

Yes! I have malformed sinus cavities and always have a stuffy nose.
Thank you! Should I keep my machine at 10 to 20? My ramp is definitely turned off. I triple checked.
I have some nasal spray, I will be more mindful about adding that to my bedtime routine.

malformed sinus cavities
This doesn't sound like a medical description. You need to see an ENT for an examination and evaluation of your total airway. Discuss with her your CPAP usage.

If it were me, I would start wearing a foam cervical collar and then reevaluate. The collar will keep your neck in the best position for airway patency.
The other option is to raise your minimum pressure to 14.0. Your machine is spending very little time below 14 anyway.

ENT isn't an option. I don't have insurance and can barley afford to see my primary. They can't refer me to anyone because I don't have insurance.
I already wear a foam soft cervical collar. I will adjust my machine to 14 min and report back.
