As I mentioned above, EPR can help with FLs, but you are already using an EPR of 3.

You could try raising your pressure to see whether that helps, but if the problems originate in your nose, higher pressure is unlikely to help. The interior of the nose isn't flexible enough to be stented by PAP pressure.

What did your ENT say?
I may have just had a breakthrough from my Data!

There are two times during CPAP usage that I didn't need to nap and felt relatively well. Once, when first got the machine. And second right after I got into and then out of the psych hospital. I remember commenting to my Psych at the time that I hadn't napped in two weeks. I thought that was because of the sedating med I was on that was helpjng me get and stay asleep. And I think that was partially the reason. There was another common factor. I was using NASAL APAP over Full face mask. That and having the humidity higher could have been freeing up my UARS/airways for better sleep.

Each time I stopped using Nasal CPAP because it cut my nose. I will look into other Resmed nasal masks.

Raise pressure.
The overall range, or go for fixed? Thx!
Raise the minimum.
