I have that - IDK how to get all the files to show up properly. Can you help me out with that?

What are y'alls thoughts on my O2 ring data? Throughout the night I'm having frequent spikes in my heart rate. I'll be around a HR of 50-60 BPM and it's jumping to 80 BPM - then back down to 50's-60's. There don't seem to be any desaturations associated with them.

If anyone is interested - I took it upon myself to purchase a WatchPAT One at-home sleep study. I get the results in about 3 hours. Will update when received.

Variations in pulse rate could be attributed to REM or arousals.
Do you have a cardiologist?

No ma'am. I was thinking along the same lines as you. I'm leaning more toward them being associated with arousal - they're transient (around 10 seconds) and I would think they'd be too large and frequent in occurrence to be associated with REM. Although, some of the variations could be REM in addition to the arousals.

Here are my WatchPAT ONE study results! Those pulse jumps are shown here as well.
The chest probe fell off a couple of times and I had to place it back on - I don't sleep prone. The times I woke up and had to place it back on I was supine, so I would assume the time listed as prone is supine.

Pressure's too low. Why do you have it restricted so it can't respond to apneas?

He's trying a much lower IPAP max because of aerophagia issues...really bad.
I had him limit the max on purpose.
First limited max IPAP to 12 (it was much higher) but aerophagia was still really bad so latest try is IPAP max set to 10 and I know this makes for essentially fixed bilevel pressure but my main goal to start with was kick the aerophagia monster out and then I would see what is left over.
He's not sleeping well and the aerphagia is making it really really worse.
You know what I always say....gotta get the sleep first.
With IPAP max of 10...so far (crossing fingers) the aerophagia monster isn't creating too much trouble.

No, that's not on you. That part was in PMs.
