Oh wait. I'll be dead.

NM.
You’re well read. Napoleon, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping. A commonality among (even ruthless) leaders is they hope to create a legacy. In essence, to become immortal.

At the end of the day, everyone cares about how (or if) they’re remembered.

As we enter the final stages of life, we come to the realization that life is fleeting and finite. Living is about far more than oneself.

Listen kid.

You come back in 40 or 50 years and then talk to me.

Till then, STFU.

It appears you are as ungrateful and disrespectful to your providers
Well, in all fairness, Callen's providers appear to be completely incompetent.
Yes, I have had poor providers; but I have chosen not confront them with it.
The wise patient sneaks away to a new provider, without saying a word.
My one exception was that I asked to not have the same oncologist
the second time around--just because I didn't like his style.

I agree with your statement.

What is this in response to, though?

Nobody belittles like Rubicon.
Actually, that's very disconcerting!

Is that something I really want as my epitaph?
I'd say that it'd look great on your headstone! Who's with me?

The only thing I'll say about that is that we don't have any idea what situation Callen is in, and whether the ability to just 'walk away' and find better providers or whether that would be more difficult than usual.

You mentioned that I may have CAP (Cyclic Alternative Pattern.) CAP was found to be present in Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS). Have you found that to be true in your clinical experience? What are your thoughts?

If you look at my OSCAR data, you'll notice my HR has periodic episodes where it increases by 20-40%. Perhaps this factoid is of no consequence.

The sleep center that did my 2018 PSG and MSLT provided me with EDF files. They did not include a reader program. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
