Hello.
thanks so much for the excellent advice. yes, I've tried full face masks: the sim plus and vitera but the vitera leaks at the sides. The evora is an extra small and fits well, it just tips my nose upwards. I will definitely look into which company will ship to Canada and get return insurance to find the right fit. i'm not familliar iwth the Oracle but it is worth looking into. again, thank you so much.
Pay attention to these masks.

ResMed AirTouch™ F20 Full Face CPAP Mask is good because it has a foam seal that allows you to press your mask more firmly against your face without feeling discomfort. The F30 and F30i masks have more silicone in the nose area than the Evora mask. That's why the F30 and F30i masks don't put as much pressure on the nose when you try to tighten them. But these are my own observations, and I cannot guarantee that they will suit you. I use an elastic bandage or tights to help the mask fit better on my face. In the F30 and F30i masks, micro leaks in the nose area wake me up in the middle of the night. It is difficult to get rid of micro leaks in full-face masks.

Also see this topic, relevant for F20 and F30 masks.I prefer an open exhalation where I can adjust the air flow with the parts from the disposable mask. I don't like closed exhalation.

hi, JUlie:
it still hurts my nose but not as badly though the high presures are raising my eventsper hour. I did lower the pressure back to 21 over 11 so hope this helps.

And what happens when you lower the pressure?

I just saw your other thread re the trach... and I strongly suggest you move it to this thread so everyone can see what you said and possibly recommend fixes - there are very expert people here (not me). Did you check out my dealer recommendations?
