Good morning. Been up for a few hours trying to organize this mornings charts. Just wondering, regarding the titration report: You were able to see it?
Because I am still trying to get it uploaded somewhere this morning for ya'll.
Regards!

Yup, viewing them at "The Other Board" (as opposed to "The Other, Other Board")

Good morning.
I was up by 3ish am after going to bed very early for me, around 9ish pm. I could do this last night because my shift at work was an earlier shift. I know it was suggested that I talk to my work about my shifts and they are already (have been) working on not having me work more than one 3-11pm per week. Part of the problem about going to sleep at a "decent" time is my husband. He demands my attention a lot and since he normally doesn't get home from work until 10 - 11 5 days a week, he feels he doesn't get to see me much.
Not sure what to make of the leak situation. After watching the suggested fit video, I thought I would have the problem licked. Apparently not so much. If I leave the straps at a comfortable position I get leaks. When I adjust them, slowly in small increments it all seems fine, but then it's not. Contrary to how it is known to go, the tighter I make the straps, the less the leaks BUT the more uncomfortable the mask is. I have tried many, many mask styles over the years and this f20 is by far the most comfortable. Can't use nasal pillows as I am a mouth breather. My face is small and the small is best for me.
I have downloaded the clinical menu for my machine. I have been trying to understand the information, even using Google for help. I'm still lost.
Here is last night's Oscar overview, set up in the order you requested. (No FLOW LIMIT graph available). I sort of believe a major part of my sleep issues have to do with the actual quality of my individual breaths. If you would like zooms of some of the areas that interest me, I am happy to share.
PS. My titration report still needs to be posted? Because it was mentioned it was seen.
Thank you so much for your patience with me on this.

I figured this was the case,
I wasn't sure I should mention "The Other Board" name.

Found this while doing some Google searching!
ResMed Practical Guide ASV-ST-iVAPS in Sleep Labs From Diagnosis to Therapy. At the very beginning there is a section on breathing types, etc.
I'm trying to insert the url link but when I use the link icon and then go to preview it doesn't appear as a link. Will it only appear as a live link when I actually post

For here I just take a snapshot and load it on imgur. I guess there's a few ways you could do it if people don't want to visit TOB:

THANKS RUBICON!
I just didn't see a live link when I went to preview.
I hope this guide will help me and others.

Unless one knows their pCO2 (and tracks their ETCO2), probably not.

Yeah because, I kept getting morning headaches, especially in my eye area, they said I was having an issue with my carbons/oxygens. On past initial sleep studies my oxygen levels dropped into the 70s. This time, during titration (only titration was done because I have had many previous baseline studies), they had me on oxygen for the first time ever. At least that was what the tech said, she even put an oxygen thing on under my mask. I'm not 100% positive though any oxygen was actually used.

Well, IMO, before you waste another 270 post thread and get nowhere, get those study results and post them.

Phew, all cool with Sleeprider. I just promised not to make any changes he didn't suggest without telling him if I had avice to make changes from advice here.
BTW, IDK if this qualifies as "advice", but perhaps better pass this on in the interest of full disclosure.
I think he's an asshole.

Antidepressant medications.
Not facetious.
Sarcastic.
