PPS. I still feel like my mask breathing "pulses"? are not quite in sync with my natural breathing. It seems like the breath in might be ok, but the timing of the breath out is slightly off. Does this make sense?
Yeah, there are areas where it looks like it pounds a bit. Try adding some Rise Time, adjust to comfort, see if that helps.

What clarification are you talking about?

See above. That should put a dent in what you're trying to fix.

It's a wonder I don't have COPD or something.
Yeah well you might be there already, if not darn close.

Although the diagnostic parameter for COPD (FEV1/FVC) is normal, in the face of the low FVC that's a (somewhat) false negative. With a low FVC and the high elastic recoil of lung restriction FEV1% is enhanced.

And IMO a lot of the "mid-inspiratory obstructions" are due to the restrictive lung disease.

I'm sort of ticked off that the doctor did not find it necessary to go over my PFT test with me. I had no clue that my lungs were so messed up. I mean obviously the smoking has done major damage and stopping is the best answer to hold off any more damage but input from the doc on this, based on my test results, would have maybe helped give me the impetus to finally address the issue.

I'd like to see SleepHQ from 4/7. You've got a really good spot there that needs the magnifying glass.

Moving past "frank" and going straight to "blunt", your abnormal PFT gets REALLY abnormal when you're supine.

You gonna be mad if I tell you how to fix that?

And stop playing with Itime, that does nothing. Increase Rise Time (you can do it while you're awake).

There's 3 other things that will fix that if that don't work.

Good morning.

Here is my OSCAR report from last night. I can't figure out how to bring up the report from 4/7.

On the "OTHER" board I was able to import my 02 data into my OSCAR chart. But when I uploaded it to HQ the 02 readings don't show. My free trial expires tomorrow and I'm not sure I want to pay for the regular membership. I THINK i read somewhere though that if I upgrade I will be able to see my 02 levels?

Starting video recording again has been very enlightening. It shows my old problem of taking. off my mask in the middle of the night. The only difference between now and in the past is that I don't throw the mask on the floor.

Pressure bounce (aka psuedo-EPR).
