So basically ASVauto bilevel is like a ventilator that breathes for you when you have issues, so it's harder to discern real details from charts?

Probably most useful data is that I'm waking up refreshed and not tired after 8 hours sleep.

Not for me.

What would I read to start to learn to do that?

Hi Michael,

I’m just coming on here to say I have the exact same problem since trying nasal pillows/cushion for about 6 weeks and I also have the same machine. I never got a response back to my post after adjustments so it’s been helpful reading all the help you’re getting from others. I’m sad you’re experiencing the same but also feels good to know someone else knows what this is like!

I dont know if this is the right answer, but it worked for me. I turned the pressure down on things 1 pound, and it's working for me now. I use Fluctasone nose spray to open my nose 15 min before bed, And I can use it thourgh half or more of the night. If I get up and don't like it, I take it off and use just oxygen canula. It's enough to feel better and enough to comply with insurance (3 hours a night average for me and for most. or 4 hours 3/4 the time, but same thing).

Was this to start (my old mask settings, they gave me same for pillows):

Mode: ASVAuto
Min EPAP: 14
Max EPAP: 15
Min PS. 0
Max PS. 11
Humidity level: 4

I now have it on this with pillows and it's working more or less:
Mode: ASVAuto
Min EPAP: 13
Max EPAP: 14
Min PS: 0
Max PS: 10
Humidity level: 4
