Breathing Not Detceted - all night

I had been getting on well with my new machine, a Respironics DreamStation Auto CPAP and ResMed Airfit F20 mask. A lot of nights the AHI was below five and leaks were way better controlled.

However, recently OSCAR has been reporting masses of Breathing Not Detected events, consistently every night.

My sleep nurse thought this was down to leaks because of worn Velcro on my mask, but switching to a brand-new mask a few days ago has made no difference.

AHIs are much higher as well.

I cannot see that leakage is causing the issue, as the mask fits really well and moreover Oscar is reporting no leakage.

I am posting below a chart from last night:

And for comparison one from last month where the therapy was working much better:

Can anyone see what's going on? Is OSCAR reporting false positives re: BND events?

Both those links are for the same night...

Don't know too much about Dreamstations, but that doesn't look at all right. You're not breathing for 728% of the night! But your median tidal volume looks fine.

Have you tried rebooting it? Turn it off at the wall, leave for 15 minutes or more for the capacitors to discharge, then switch back on.

Consider a new SD card, update/reinstall Oscar and/or make a New Profile (although unable to duplicate this with random file destruction).

Upload the data to SleepHQ and see if the problem follows.

Anybody take apart a DS? Consider internal disconnect = massive leak.

For that matter, confirm you don't have a massive external leak.

Problem solved.

The filter was absolutely clogged with dust.

Thanks for the help anyway :)
