I SUFFERED as long as I was forced to use fixed pressure.
APAP is a godsend for me.
I shall never forget the video he made with no shirt at all.
Excuse me while I go molest a bullfrog.

it's so hard to believe AXG Diagnostics (Jason) is the only place to do this. I understand he is a sleep technologist. You would think some MD group would take this on as a side gig.
I wouldn't.
Oscar, and especially SleepHQ, is not validated software, so physicians would NEVER use them to base clinical decisions (or for that matter, bill) upon.

Presumably they'd use the manufacturer's software, so with a Resmed, they wouldn't (last I heard) be able to drill down to the breath by breath stuff, unless they spent the time to have someone bring in a card, which would narrow their possible client base to where it wouldn't be a viable thing.
Not sure about whatever the online version of encore is, or what it offers, but I am sure I don't really care

Plus, they wouldn't be using the manufacturers' software to try to identify sleep vs SWJ vs wake, central vs obstructive, FLs vs RERAs, leaks vs PP-- they'd simply order another NPSG. 5 minute visit, bill $450, back do' ho' get's another set of earrings-- everybody's happy!
Well, almost...

Well,
THEY are happy. You should see my nephrologist, I don' think I've gotten a whole minute out of him in any single "visit" in the last few years. I think he charges more than that, too.

Most real doctors are nothing like TV doctors.
Marcus Welby would go bankrupt.
Real doctors have real expenses--like the rest of us, and then some.
