Help interpreting OSCAR data?

Hello! I’ve had my APAP since 2021. I got it after doing an at home sleep study. I used it for a few months but stopped as I felt absolutely no difference between using it and not. I started again in July 2022 hoping that might have changed somehow… but no. I scheduled a hospital sleep study (a titration one, not sure if that’s how they all are?), and the results came back a few days ago. The nurse said something about maybe needing a BiPAP, but today when I was contacted by the company supplying them I was told they were going to give me a CPAP with the pressure set to 7. I’m so confused. Why would they do this if the one I already have doesn’t work? I am also confused why I was told initially I would need a BiPAP. So I was referred here to hopefully get some help figuring out the data that was run through OSCAR.

For some reason it’s only showing recorded data from August 2022 through October 2022 though. I’ve been using it since July 2022 fairly consistently. There have been a few days here and there where I’ve lapsed, and some nights I wake up and find I’ve ripped it off at some point in my sleep. But either way… I’m so lost. None of my attachments will upload though. I have 3 different nights screenshotted. Thanks in advance!

what you need to do is host those images at a hosting site, then link them here.

i use imgur.com. it's free.

if you need any help in getting those shots posted, don't hesitate to ask.

good luck!

Almost all of it looks fine - how do you feel?

Tired and fatigued all the time. Basically the same as before I started using it. :/

AHI approaching 7 with centrals, OA's, and hypos does not seem fine.

Tayler, you need a copy of your sleep report. If you live in the U.S., you are entitled by law to receive one. So ask! Once you get it, blank out your personal information, scan the report, and provide it here.

You're right LH, but I meant that things apart from the AHI looked good.

Here it is! Looks like I might actually need the CPAP and a new mask? Which is kind of frustrating to know I just spent like $1200 for the sleep study just to know my pressure needs to be adjusted and to switch my mask 😭 Kinda funny it said I reported fair sleep after but I actually told them I did not feel rested still…

I did end up getting the report! Sorry already posted it in a reply to someone else but I’m not sure if people only get notifications for replies or for the whole thread 😅

Da Rules require that they report arousals, and I don't see that there. If so, major faux pas. Ask them what it was, might be important cause I think you're still having them now.
