Greetings everyone
I am very new to using a CPAP machine.I am using a F&P SleepStyle Auto with a ResMed Airfit N30i nasal cradle mask. Also using the OSCAR app (re the attached image) as F&P do not have such an app for the end user. I am asking some basic help on how to understand what the data tells me and any advice on helping in maybe changing some settings to improve my use of this machine and help me sleep better.
I thank you in advance for the help
Cheers

Re: Help in reading OSCAR data
Your minimum pressure is too low to hold the airway open well enough to prevent the airway from collapsing.
How much more pressure is needed????? Hard to say based on this limited data.

Re: Help in reading OSCAR data
Great feedback, just the help I am after. I am on min 4 and will go up to min 7, would that be enough for starter? What extra data would be required?
Re: Help in reading OSCAR data
Next time you post and image to share use the detailed tab on the left instead of the Events tab.
See how you do with minimum of 7....most likely you will need more but gotta start somewhere.
