Welcome!

I'm betting you did what I often do: hit caps while you typed a number. If so, that would make this your third night. It's great you're already feeling better! It can take a while for the full benefits of PAP to kick in. Your brain is still getting used to the new night-time experience, and once you're fully acclimated, you may sleep more soundly. And you may be paying off some "sleep debt" here at the outset.
