Overscore means over-estimate or exaggerate. Err on the side of caution.
You can upload as many SleepHQ as you like individually, or share your file (I think. I'm not on particularly good terms with them right now, they're blocking a lot of the stuff I do over there).

With sharing the file you mean I could send the file that is stored on my card of the machine, right? how should I send it? via email?
And what do you do? are you a professional in this field? because you said they are blocking what you're doing. Sleephq?

No, you give me access to your data on SleepHQ. I don't how how it's done cause I have no intention of paying for it and I think it's only available to Pro members. Or just put up a couple links to the last few days. Probably better so others can view and comment.
They're blocking me cause I point out their blunders (OK, maybe not in the most tactful way) and they don't like admitting mistakes.

What I forgot to mention: I also use the Wellue Oxyring. Since I'm on CPAP my lowest desaturations are 94% with an average of 97% per night. so in terms of oxygen, it seems everything is fine. that's at least something I guess...

Absolutely not. I live roughly 200m above sea level and never took opiods. Also I do not suffer from any heart conditions (except paroxysmal afib every few months for a few hours).

Not so much a strategy-- more like a process. Analyzing sleep requires looking at about 12 channels of data. You got like 2. Trying to come up with a conclusion therefore requires a lot of WAGs and assumptions. Hence, what I come up with is only a guess, and it might be totally wrong. Getting the opinions of seasoned users usually prevents me from looking like a CFI.
