Dear Members
I have been using CPAP for sometime now. My results have been mixed but of late I have been feeling so tired, I mean even my eyes are dry and red and my concentration so poor.
I have attached my OSCAR report for last night and will appreciate help with interpreting the same.

You keep opening new threads about your therapy, and posting graphs with different pressure settings - without any explanation of why you changed them.samir wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2017 1:22 pmHi Team,
I am a newbie in this forum and find your discussions very helpful. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea on December 2016 and began using CPAP machine around feb 2017. I use a dreamstation auto CPAP machine together with a dreamwear nasal mask. Straight to my question, There is no sleep study clinic in my area and hence determining the optimal pressure setting is a challenge. i have been adjusting my pressure settings depending on "How do i feel". My min pressure is currently 8.5 and my AHI varies between 2-5. However with an increase in pressure, my AHI raises steadily too. can't understand why so?
How do i determine the optimal pressure without a sleep clinc
why does my AHI increase with an increase in pressure?
You will get better help if you stick to one thread, organize your data as recommended, explain your changes, how long you've kept at each pressure, and how you feel.
You show graphs with a minimum of 8.5 in of April 2018, a minimum of 9.5 in May of 2018, a minimum of 4.5 in July of 2002, and a minimum of 15.0 in January of 2023.
Please take the time to explain the thinking that led you to make all those changes.
Setting up a a machine to give you good therapy is not a game, and opening new threads with different data each time will get you nowhere.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

Samir,
Ozij asks some important questions. Please take the time to answer her.
As for looking at the data you posted here:
There is evidence that you may be dealing with a lot of wakes or arousals during the time those CAs are being scored. And if you were awake or restless during large chunks of the night, that is most likely why you're feeling tired.
There is also a huge amount of activity in the leak graph. That points to problems with leaks as being potential triggers for multiple arousals and miniwakes.
What mask are you using? Any chance you are mouth breathing while using a nasal mask or a nasal pillows mask?
