Curious what you would recommend I focus on trying for this situation. I can post OSCAR results if needed but wanted to get the question out there first.
Please start a new topic/thread of your own and don't go posting your stuff in someone else's thread. It's considered bad form for one thing, rude for another and can lead to confusion in this thread.
And yes...post your own OSCAR detailed report in YOUR new topic/thread.

Thank you.
I apologize I thought this was a general request for help thread. Didn't mean to hijack someone's thread.

Update: Have resisted changing settings for the past two weeks and thought I post a reply with my charts from the last three nights.
Additional settings include Ti Max 2.4 / Ti Min default setting 0.3 / Both Cycle and Trigger are set to med.
Overall I feel better but still feel a little tired and not feeling refreshed or alert upon waking. Around mid afternoon if reading, working on the laptop or watching TV I can fall asleep or nap easily in my chair. One of my concerns is that I seem to want to have a longer inhale while breathing in. There also seems to be a slight pause after exhale before I transition to inhaling. Are my breathing cycles indicating any issues. Could this be that I am too efficient on my breathing, CO2 level issues. My breaths seem short if that makes any sense. Anyways, can I get some feed back on these charts in regards to flow limits, inspiration time and any other issues. Any advice and comments are greatly appreciated.

Just cut and paste the central part of the link into a browser, the links are failing because the [ is missing on the [/img] tag

Let's see an insp time strip chart.

I noticed my inhalations were frequently being clipped at the default of 2 seconds, so I just set TiMax as high as it'd go, it's not something that matters for people with normal lung morphology, It's there to help people with actual lung issues.

If I were you, I'd set the machine's max pressure to 25 and just ignore it, though it only hit you max on one night, and only briefly, it did hit max.

Hi, it has been a few months since my last post but have continuously gained knowledge by visiting and ready up periodically. I now have a question concerning the two attached charts from two entirely separate days using two completely separate pressure settings. For both charts I am using my AirCurve VAUTO in VPAP auto mode and although they are displaying "good numbers" therapy wise, I do not feel, however, any noticeable difference in the two settings whether it be for better, worse or indifferent. The end result is that I still feel tired, sluggish, foggy, prone to daytime napping and do not wake up feeling refreshed. Without noticing any variable difference in how I feel in regards to the two differing settings which settings would be more preferable and recommended that I pursue. Should I try to tweak, meet somewhere in the middle ? Is PS of 5 a little to extreme ? What to do ??
I have gotten my leak rate under control and use a nasal pillow mask.
The only difference in the settings with the two charts is that in the chart dated 7/21 I am using a trigger setting of high, all other settings are set to the default settings. No major meds and DR. visit and blood/lab work are all in normal range.
1. Can someone please briefly explain why I would still have good numbers regardless of the settings used and displayed.
2. If I wanted to try a static pressure on my VAuto using the current VPAP auto mode and not with the CPAP mode what should I set the Min EPAP, IPAP and Pressure Support to. I have heard that some people just feel better using a static pressure and maybe its worth giving it a try.
