I think my Sleep Fairy was raised by a DME, she always leaves a note requesting that I leave a few coins under the pillow. Jim

How were you tested for Apnea? Did you have a full PSG? Or, did you just have a screening test done? If you have not had a full blown Sleep Study done I would really recommend it. In our Lab we often do what we call Diagnostic CPAP titrations if we suspect UARS. (Upper Airway Resistance Synd.) UARS often causes PLM's or Periodic Leg Movements. We titrate for leg movements. I have often found that CPAP will get rid of the leg movements and the arrousals that go with them. Some times it works, some times it does not. That is why we call it a Diagnostic Titration and not a Theraputic...
