A slight bit thinner than the ones from Resmed, but they get the job done. At $0.16 a piece you can replace them weekly if you want and not be wasting much money.
Changing your filters frequently (especially this often), will result in more particles getting into your device, not less.
Most people don't understand how filters work. :sigh:

My iBreeze is also a ResMed machine so it likely has a same or similar turbine.
No it's not made by Resmed, and no, it doesn't have the same blower.

More proof the Chinese choice of similar brand names is successful at fooling people.
At least, the gullible ones.

Passive aggressive behavior, such as offering an apology, while telling me to ignore you and this topic, is not a good look.
Well, I tried whether you believe me or not. Ignored.

I haven't read all three pages of reply posts...so forgive if my post is redundant...

I have been replacing mine every quarter... I only have had my CPAP for 6 months, so yes...that's twice... :)

The old filter has almost zero debris, and I am sure that the filter did not need to be replaced...

Just like any vacuum, HVAC or air purifier filter, a huge factor is the existing air quality in your home. If you have a dusty home with a lot of air borne debris, then you'll need to replace your filters more often... In my case, I have an in-line medical grade HVAC filter, in addition to running 3 room air purifiers 24x7... I also robo-vacuum my hardwood floors twice a week. So the air quality in my home is pretty clean...

I've been ordering filters at the recommended intervals, and now have a huge stockpile of filters since Resmed (or Kaiser Permanente) recommends replacing the filters every two weeks...

Replace them as needed. that's the right way to do it. Check them often enough that you learn how often you need to change it.

Well, in all fairness, there's only so many 'res' something you can come up with before everyone is confused.

Res med
Res pironics
Res vent
Res mart
Fisher and ... oh wait, scratch that one.

me? i haul out the filter and look at it whenever someone comes to the forum to ask about it. so, let me go see.
I wait for palerider to mention filters. Which I see he has done below, so time to change the filter.

I used to wait for Zonker to posting about being cheap, then I would check to see if my filter needs changing.

I was checking it so often, I wore out the filter door and had to replace it. Cost me $24.

Makes me wonder what that do-it-yourself filtered-water installation actually looks like.
