It's not an either/or answer.
True dat!

Which is why most all polls are crap, but sometimes fun anyway.

My question is, Where all da SleepHQ people at?!
Like Robysue, I look at screen and consider how I feel when I wake up.

If the numbers seem high I take out the card and look closer, or check at random intervals. I used to check daily but not anymore.

If there are issues I use sleephq. I don’t have oscar at home and prefer being able to easily share data when I need help.

How I monitor my therapy. I watch my oxygen level with my finger ring. I need oxygen while I sleep only. I very seldom get a reading below 89. I average 96 overnight. my events overnight are very low. I average .5 to 1. when I was on cpap only. my events were higher and oxygen levels were dropping down to 70 most of the night. I was up every 2 hours, felt like crap all day. when I started oxygen with my cpap. I sleep most of the night now and feel good all day. oxygen saved me. if you are having problems. have your doctor check your blood oxygen. it might work for you too. a lot of people complain about their cpap is not helping them. get a blood test. you should also get yourself a good o2v ring. spend the money. that's how I found my problem. believe me when oxygen level drops down to the lower 80s and into the 70s. you are not sleeping. we want our oxygen up in the 90s while we sleep. 90 is the border line.

I am new in the CPAP therapy and anxious to improve.
I am interested with your focus on oxygen.
But I am not clear about what you say:

This is how I monitored my oxygen levels during my sleep. I use a Lookee ring. I use the software that comes with the product. software name is ViHealth. when I get up in the morning I down load my oxygen report to my iPad. I get a nice report on my oxygen levels during my night sleep. the software will tell me my total levels from the time I go to bed and get up in the morning. I want my oxygen to stay up. most of the time I average 96. if oxygen drops below 90. i start loosing blood oxygen. if it drops down below 85 it can be serious if you don't take care of it. I also use the my air software to see how many events I have during the night. I usually have from .5 to 1 events. when I eat a hight salt diet my events can go up to 2. 150 for the ring. 2200 for the portable oxygen concentrator. money well spent. all came out of my pocket. if you are concerned about your blood oxygen get a blood test A lot of cpap users complain about feeling tired using their cpap. I bet they have an oxygen problem too. start using the ring. a lot of people have different opinions about it. it helped me out. a lot of us need oxygen with our cpap. some can get by with cpap only. I need both. I can't wait to go to bed with it on.

Thank you

yes I use oxygen with my cpap. I have the resmed air sense 11 with pressure set at, 4 to 20. the mask I use the F30i. oxygen concentrator. Sequal Eclipse 5 prescribe with 2 liters of o2 continuous flow. my o2 hose connects to the cpap with a bleed adapter. that's it. what's nice about my system. its portable. it goes with me when I go camping off grid. I power it with a 100 amp lithium battery for 8 hours. I use about 60 percent of my battery. if power goes out at my house. I have a backup.

Why would anyone use only one of the items listed.
I use at least three.
The AC10 Screen everyday. Oscar every month or 3.
My Samsung Smart watch when I can figure out how to view it on my phone.

I forced the choice for which one the user considers primary because that's what I was curious about, myself.

So far, OSCAR has done much better than I expected, and SleepHQ has . . .

Oh, wait, maybe I shouldn't say anything about it that could be construed as remotely negative by anyone who may be especially sensitive about that right now in its early days.

Poll: Primary Way of Self-monitoring Aspects of Your Therapy
1. Morning wood
2. Ability to work 12 hours x 7 days

So far, all is good.

Too late to edit the poll, but thank you for your unique, uninhibited, and hard-working contribution to the discussion.
