How do these settings look

I was debating whether to go to straight CPAP mode but I don’t think it’s a good idea. I believe I figured out the mystery of my pressure spikes and other issues.
1. I feel like shaving my face helps so much because usually in the morning after a clean shave I feel well rested, today kind of proved that.
2. I believe my pressure increases are due to me turning on my back during sleep. Every time I wake up I’m on my back, 2x last night. I go to sleep each time on my side. I did get the side sleeper pillow cube and it works so great for the first half of the night.
3. I have become increasingly bloated/stomach cramps in morning, would decreasing min pressure or EPR or turning ramp off help the most with this? Last night it looks like I spent a good amount of sleep on my back, so I think the pressure was up for a decent amount at night.

Have you tried e.g. a backpack full of towels to keep from flipping?

Have you tried even one notch lower on the min. setting (at 7) to see if it helps the aerophagia?

I have tried something to prevent turning, but there really isn’t enough room to put it in our bed. Plus it feels weird having it right at my back. I haven’t tried 7 yet, but the 8 was working fine for me for the longest time. I think the amount of time I spent in the upper 9’s is what is causing it. I did change it from 8 to 8.2 minimum but I can’t imagine .2 would cause it. I’ll keep trying these settings it might settle. I’ve been having it ever since I am using this new tape. Maybe the tape is working so well it isn’t allowing as much leaks as before which could be the reason….

After reading another post I found out that pressure builds up in my mouth causing the stomach pain. Do you think a bruxism mouth guard would help keep my tongue in place?
