The tank on my AS 10 never leaked. I used the same one for around 6 years even though my supplier insisted on sending me new ones.

Last night I set the humidity setting to 1 on the AS11 and the water level only dropped from just above the max line to the bottom of the word "MAX". I just ordered a hygometer from Home Depot for less than $10. That's one of those items that's shown on their web page but not sold in the stores.

This past Friday I finally got the hygrometer I ordered on 12/4...actually that one was "lost in transit", so that had to be investigated and I had to reorder one. Now I can report that the room humidity for the past 4 days has varied in the low to high 40% range. That should be a comfortable humidity. With the AS11 set to a humidity level of 1, I'm getting 2 days out of a full tank.
