replacement cpap

My husband picked up his replacement asv machine. How can I tell if it is new or refurbished?

Thanks! watched the video, and the machine has zero machine hours. I hope they could not change that feature.

(I have the password saved so I don''t have to remember it.) I also keep a list.

The DME said they will replace the more complicated machines first, like my husband's ASV. Eventually I suppose I will get a replacement.
