Maybe Jeff can call on one of his contacts to rain a plague down on them.
Even if I actually had any "contacts," I can't really think of any plagues that Australia doesn't already have.
The people who confuse "entomology" and "etymology" really bug me beyond words.

Features that I think SleepHQ needs in order to be genuinely useful:

1) Ability to rearrange the order of the graphs.
Looks like this has been implemented:

That is good news. It does mean they're not totally obtuse over there.

In all honesty, I hope their main project----easy uploading of xPAP data to a source that is easy to share---manages to succeed. I am still worried they may be more concerned with fancy bells & whistles to make money rather than making sure the basic product is robust and useable.

I also find it rather obnoxious to charge folks $15/month to get access to the forums.

Yup. 6 days to go.

With only a few posts now I find it very time-consuming to navigate though the forum. IMO it will be impossible when there are thousands of posts.

Kids today seem to expect bells and whistles and seem to prefer coolness factor, entertainment, and style over reliability and function.

I'm starting to sound like my dad.

Agreed. But I appreciate it personally just because it made my decision instantaneous that I wanted no part of any of that community.

And again, kids today seem to me to be drawn to the opportunity to pay extra for community status and access to interaction with personalities/influencers.

OK maybe now I sound more like my grandfather.

"Kids today" are going to be a very small percentage of the target audience.

But, hey, let them hoist their own petard.

At least, not without gloves!
Or preferably a bomb suit.

Although the middle-aged kids do generally get older, whether they actually grow up or not.

And I hope that no one over there misreads your Shakespeare as a metaphorical forum bomb threat or anything. They're very sensitive, you know.

You're assuming facts not in evidence, those being that this money grab will last long enough for 'kids to day' to reach the "GET OFF MY LAWN" stage.

Might happen, might not, my crystal ball's still in the shop. (Darned hard to get those repaired these days).

No doubt I've scared the whole sub-continent into quaking with fear due to my implied death threats.

Almost as delicate and sensitive and stable as nitrogen triiodide, but I'm willing to bet they're a lot less dangerous.
