you don’t need any software. Watch the first one minute of this video. You don’t need to watch all eight (unless you want to). You just drag and drop everything from the chip onto the upload page in the big square and hit upload. Give it a few minutes and everything will upload. Once you’ve done it the first time it takes less than a minute to upload after that for you just drag and drop everything in there. You don’t need to download any special software and it is easy to link here on the board.

beyond easy

then when both portions of upload are completed go to dashboard, pick a day or trend dates, look for three dots all the way to the right of the date and create a link to share.

I just can't get past a few hours at a time with APAP.
When I first started, I couldn't make it past 90 minutes. My sleep brain was all happy about making it through a full sleep cycle and wanted to wake me up to share the good news, like an overly friendly puppy or something, apparently. It took my sleep brain a long while to figure out that it could just start another sleep cycle after finishing one. After that, each night I slept for about three hours before my eyes popped open and sleep was over. Each additional sleep cycle getting added on was a process for me. I knew that a few hours of sleep with PAP was healthier for me than several hours sleeping without, so I kept at it, refusing to sleep without the mask.

Some people take to it all like a duck to water; I did not. My brain fought me tooth and nail for a good while. But a firm hand, like training a stubborn animal, allowed me to win out over my confused sleep brain over time. Now bed means mask. I still don't always get the hours I should get. But at least falling asleep during the day isn't such a problem anymore. Well, except for maybe during some of those stupid Hallmark Channel movies my wife sometimes tries to make me watch with her some evenings.
The people who confuse "entomology" and "etymology" really bug me beyond words.

Perhaps putting some kind of cap on your head might help, if it would not make you too hot to sleep? I'm thinking of something like a Lycra swimcap. Or maybe even some kind of wide headband. Just something that would cover the headgear a bit and make it a little more difficult to remove.
