Airsense 10

Post by Juno2009 » Thu Oct 06, 2022 6:28 am

Hoping to get some answers here. My 85 yr old mom just started therapy on Sept 20/22. Her therapy is going well and she's been using it every night between 6-9 hours, however when I look at the report on MyAir, its telling me her average usage is 3hrs 59min. The CPAP was my husband's and it's quite new with not a lot of usage. Any ideas what may be going on here?

Just surmising...

The machine uploads to Myair some time after the session ends. If you have a break during the night then the session ended - that'll be the 3.5 hours. After she wakes in the morning that 3.5 will still show until the full night's data is uploaded and integrated. This can take an hour or so.

I think ResMed's "day" goes from noon to noon. Suggest checking after 12pm when the full info should be available. Not 100% sure about this, but worth trying.

Resmed's clock can be reset, if somebody has set it wrong.
Unfortunately, you could zap existing data, so take snaps of the screen beforehand.
Unless she is at home with you, she may be shucking it when unsupervised . . .
