Anyone having trouble with backordered nasal pillows?

I've been waiting a month for a P10 large nasal pillow from a supplier. Is there a problem going on or just this supplier having issues?

I dunno but you can get them cheap on ebay. None to be found on amazon so maybe there’s a shortage?

Ordered 6 large pillows and 6 head straps (with buckles) for P10 from cpap.com (our sponsor) on their Labor Day sale.

Straps were in stock, pillows were not. They said they would send them as soon as they got them in stock.

They were as good as their word. Got them last week.

At the sale price. :D

I had a recent out-of-stock experience. Heretofore, I had good experience with Apria (yes I know they get beat up a lot on this forum) -- but not this time. It was time for a new P10 and extra pillows; they normally provide 5 extras. This time the mask arrived but not the extra pillows. Thinking they may have shipped from a different warehouse, I waited a week before calling to inquire. They told me the extra pillows were backordered BUT THEY WOULD NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIP WHEN THEY ARRIVE, SO I WOULD NEED TO CALL IN AGAIN IN 6 WEEKS.

I'm not whining about the backorder status, but I would think their computer system should be capable of automatically shipping the backorders when product becomes available. Very disappointed. Not the end of the world, but the invoice did not mention this. Puts the onus on the customer, so not very good customer service. Reminds me of government computer systems that are outdated. This is 2022, people!

Maybe they figure folks will find an alternate source rather than wait for an automatic shipment, which might result in more hassle from return processing?
