Your leak rates are getting better.
It's important to remember that really large, but very short lived leaks are not a problem unless they wake you up. Your 95% leak rate is below "Large Leak" territory for this night, which means that your therapy was not adversely affected too much in terms of either preventing events or scoring the events that got through the CPAP defenses. So the real question is just whether those leaks are waking you up at night.
I again would urge you to try to fit the mask while lying down in your preferred sleeping position. I also think that with time you may find that you will simply do a better job of fitting the mask since it is a skill.

Sounds like you’re off to a good start. Feeling better is so important.
I think you will get improvement in all fronts if you can get the leaking down. Keep considering the other suggestions ie cervical collar.
I think just getting to sleep through the night is helpful too.

@ WiseGuy - How you feel is IMO as important as the numbers themselves. You report sleeping well and being refreshed. That is won-der-ful given where you were at when the thread started. Congratulations.

I’ve attached the past few nights. I’ve slept EXCELLENT and feel really good during the day. I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Thoughts on my data? Any improvements?
That's what you get when you're 36 years old! Wish my sleep was that good....

It's great to hear you're doing so well! One thing I notice is that you have some clusters of OAs. If you do follow through on using a cervical collar and find it comfortable, that might bust those clusters. You might also consider using a lower pillow if you use a fat one, or just one pillow if you use two.
But basically, keep on keepin' on!
