I would also suspect that your machine is lying to you in that those few obstructives are really centrals, but they trick the machine to increasing the pressure and begetting more centrals.
Can't trust those sneaky machines1

Keep further posts here if you don't mind.
Just in case someone wants to see the "before and after"....
I suspect that the difference will be rather remarkable and people can see and learn for themselves.
What kind of surgery did he have?
He had amputation of a toe. He has about a 4 inch incision. When he was 10 months old he had severe burns which caused deformation of his foot. It was a pretty in depth surgery. I will be posting last nights events as soon as I get home for comparison. MyAir says he had an AHI of 2.0. Such a drastic change from the previous nights.

I suspect things will return to "normal" very quickly once the meds are gone and the pain that is the reason for the meds is also gone.
It wouldn't surprise me one bit to find out that a chunk of those flagged events were arousal/awake related flags and if that is the case not nearly as scary. If not asleep they just don't count.

Hello,
Hi
Now, would you please bring up the 16th in Oscar, then highlight a small section where it looks like a solid block of purple, (click and drag with your mouse, or use the up arrow to zoom in, and left/right arrow keys to move to the side) and give us about a 5 minute section say around 3:45-3:50... I want to see what's happening in those solid blocks.
Okay I hope I did this correctly.

I am hoping she keeps posting here on a daily basis with charts. I am really interested and following along.
I hope that you can chime in here Pugsy but if he is off the pain meds and still in pain that can cause more sleep breaks and event warnings. I know you have personal experience with that (I do too to a lesser amount) and have been glad to have at least taken some OTC stuff like tylenol before sleep.

I posted last night's charts above. I hope y'all can see them. I'm sorry, I'm not used to posting on boards so I'm not quite sure if I'm doing it correctly.

It showed up just fine, no worries!
I was just commenting as I did because you said you would come back in a few days. I was hoping if you were able you would keep posting so that as Pugsy said we can all learn as we follow along. Its important for those who experience different pain issues and I appreciate the chance to learn anything new.
And hopefully.....you will get all the answers you need to help your husband in the meantime.
Edit: Sorry I didnt see you posted the better second nights sleep when I commented.

Thank you so much! Even off of the meds, I know I need to learn more about his condition because it can be very serious. He’s only 44. He thinks I’m being overly cautious, but I want to keep him as healthy as possible. I’m only 35 and we need to have another 40 years.

Seriously though, thank you all for everything you’re doing here to help people learn about their sleep apnea and how to keep it under control.

Thank you. I mostly meant the thumbnails and/or links. I see the thumbnail (like I thought the pinned post mentioned is how I should link it) but when I click the thumbnail it doesn’t take me to the link. So then I’m curious if I should ONLY be posting the link and not the thumbnail?

Looking at the chart I posted earlier, could anyone give me information regarding settings? Do I still need to make adjustments? Pressure? Ramp? I don’t really know how to read the chart and tell what O2 levels are.

Let’s give the recovery another couple of days before looking at the settings. For O2 levels you’d need a recording oximeter. Click on the Oximetry link on the Welcome page of Oscar for information about oximeters that are compatible with Oscar.
