I have a PSGMSLT in a few days.
My symptoms after treating my OSA (successfuly):
1. Hypanogic hallucinations (I can dream while also being conscious)
2. Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (I mean extreme)
3. Unrefreshing sleep and naps
4. Multiple Naps a day
5. Fragmented Sleep
6. Every night I have nightmares and Lucid Dreams
7. My original EEG shows 8-10 REM sessions per night over 5 nights. I was told a normal person has 2-3.
I am trying to cheat and see if I can in any way infer Sleep Latency from my Flow rate. Is that idiotic??
Can you infer Sleep Latency from CPAP data?

I haven't a clue, Billy, but the mods and experts would appreciate your keeping all your questions in the SAME thread. That way they can look at your other info without having to waste time chasing down other threads. TLDR keep your stuff together.

Yes will do. Sorry!!
Re: Can you infer Sleep Latency from CPAP data?
You can indeed figure out sleep latency fairly accurately once you learn asleep breathing from awake breathing.

Turn on AutoRamp, and set your ramp pressure to a value slightly less than your minimum pressure.
ResMed's AutoRamp does a pretty good job of determining when you're asleep, for some people. When you fall asleep, you eill see a nump in your pressure as it moves from ramp pressure to minimum therapy pressure.
