So far, all they've said is walking, but if it comes to it, I may ask for aquatic therapy.
It was useless before, because they were just postponing what I really needed;
but for recovery, probably useful now.

i find it simply amazing just how much of a workout i get in the water.

i wish our local ymca had water aerobics, but alas, they don't.

I hope I don't have to wait the entire 12 weeks.
My pain levels are already less than pre-surgery;
but my stamina is still a bit lower.
