Not surprisingly, the hospital wants me to bring my own cpap machine.
Of course, I prefer to use my own.
Good luck to you!

Hope to get you hopping around again soon.

Spare me the nitpicking. I have a serious health issue and I came here to learn to manage it by managing my OSA. Move along if you can’t be kind.

Low impact at first . . .
So, basically tiptoe around like a cat at first, before getting back into hopping. (Pretty sure the landings on each leap constitute "high impact" exercise.)

At least pretty tough on stitches and fusion hardware.

Whatever pain I have is usually pretty easy to control.
I think I have a reasonably high threshhold of pain.
At least I have up til now.

Anticipating a possible need post surgery, the bullfrog installed a BIDET.
He enjoys it as much as I do.

It's a very basic design, but it should be useful.
It's already cut way back on our usage of T.P.
Come winter is another story.
A cold day might not be a good bidet.

lol you may be right about the cold

the play on “have a nice day” has been around these circles forever. Just thought I might share 🤓

Here in Az cold water is never a problem but even in Northern Nevada where it was cold most of the time, I never found the bidet water too cold. But then again i never let my house get real cold. I kept it at 75 all winter. Been trying to figure out how to put a bidet toilet seat in the rv. Lol.

I too thought a cold water bidet would be uncomfortable, but it is not, even in the coldest of weather. I love mine.

We found this one at bed, bath and beyond.
It is similar to the Veken fresh water--just fits under the existing seat
and the supply line fits between the water line and the tank--tools included.
I also see on the internet a portable bidet to use while away from home.
I would not be surprised to see an RV outlet selling a version.

My sister had a similar surgery that was a game changer for her. Best wishes to you, too, super froggy!

I have really missed being able to up and take a nice walk.
Even if it's just walking around a store.
Right now, I have to decide if I will need a cane before I step outsiude.
I want to take a nice wilderness hike--inadvisable right now.
And the wilderness is within (normal) walking distance from the house.
Right now, I wouldn't make it halfway to the near edge.
