AirCurve 10 Water tank will not release

No matter how hard I squeeze it, the water tank will not come out. This is the first time this has ever happened.

I tried per the video several times. I'm fairly strong and still could not get the water tank to come out.

Sometimes debris on the bottom of the tank can melt and/or become sticky and fuse the tank to the heater.

Try gently sliding a thin butter knife under the tank to see if it can be separated.
You can also try running the device in warm-up mode for 10 minutes to see if the heat separates the bottom of the tank from the humidifier plate.

Thanks. I was able to pry the tank out from the bottom with a butter knife. It was hard to tell what might have been holdong it in so tightly.

Clean out the inside of the area where the water chamber slides into with a bit of alcohol...do the same for the bottom of the chamber. Make sure no water gets spilled inside the area where the chamber sits.
If you clean with something like the alcohol...be sure to give it time to dry well before sliding the chamber in again.
I use alcohol because it usually gets everything and it dries fast.
