Hello again...
I am not really sure what I am asking here. Does any of this look unusual? It is from 2 nights ago. Last night I fell right to sleep and made it 10 minutes before waking up and throwing the mask off my face. I left it off in hopes of getting a good night sleep. Didn't work. I have so much trouble with the warm and what feels like stale air and exhaling.

I am posting out of frustration and anger. I am so tired and agitated and I can't get this right. I know it only has been a few nights, but I seem to be going backwards. The first night I used the machine, last Thursday, it was the longest I was able to go and have struggled ever since.
I finally got a reply to an email to my doctor that I had asked some very specific questions. Basically, he said that he can see I am making changes and that they should be making the recommendations for the changes and reminded me we have a phone appointment next Thursday. He made no recommendations or answered any of my questions. He blew me off and I guess I have to patiently wait until my designated scheduled time with His Majesty next week to see what he recommends.
Part of my frustration comes from being alone with this. I am grateful for all of you that read this and make suggestions but ultimately it is me that can't breathe out with the mask on. I always fix things, that's what I do but I am going backwards.
I completely realize that this is a long road ahead of me and I am willing to put in the effort. I just need to see some progress. Just tiny baby steps would be great.
Thank you for allowing me to rant.

Your links don't work for me.

Tell us again exactly your settings...all of them
including if you are using a heated hose or not and if you are what is the temperature setting as well as humidity setting.
Mask: Bleep no headgear mask.. https://bleepsleep.com/
Machine: AirCurve 10 VAuto

I was trying to see if we could change something in hose air temp that might make the air feel less "swampy or warm".
What I don't understand is how you can have Climate Control set to "auto" and still yet set hose air temp to 60 and humidity to 4. I can't do that with my AirCurve 10.
Maybe the AirSense 11 can do something my machine can't????? Anyone else out there with the AirSense 11 can you confirm that with auto climate control you can also set hose air temp and humidity independently???

What is your bedroom ambient temp?

The machine doesn't have any cooling function at all. You are only going to get a hose air temp at room temp as a minimum.
It just can't cool down warmer air despite setting it to 60 degrees if you bedroom temp is 70 degrees.
What it will do is maybe just not try to warm up the air.

I still can't get your links to work. I get a message that I have taken a wrong turn. Might be a problem on my end if everyone else can see it. Don't have the time to sort it out if it is on my end.

Bedroom temp is approximately 68°
Links are to the climate control and tube temps from the AirSense 11. (Hopefully they work this time) and also the links from earlier.
I guess I could just turn the tube temp to off and see if that makes any difference. I do see the snowflake icon blink from time to time.

Please let me know if this an acceptable way to show pictures. It is copied from Imgur BBCode. If it is not I will delete them immediately. It does not show up as attachments on my control panel.

No need to post the pictures of your settings. I believe you...it's just that with my machine and heated hose I can't do exactly what you do on the climate control "auto" settings.
But I don't have the 11 model...I got the 10 model.

With hose air set to 60 degrees and the ambient room temp at 68 degrees then the hose air shouldn't even be warming up.
What you should be breathing is going to be close to the 68 degrees. Now it may feel more swampy or muggy because of the added humidity. I don't know if your nose will like it if you reduce the humidity setting to see if it helps with the muggy feeling. When the nasal mucosa don't like the amount of moisture (or lack of enough moisture) in the air they will rebel and get mad and swell up and you get allergy like symptoms...sneezing, runny nose, congestion, sinus pressure, etc.
So just fair warning if you play with humidity. Some people do just fine with less moisture but some don't.

You have included graphs on the right that we don't really need.

This is what we like to see
The usual stuff on the left side (minus the calendar and pie chart ...if showing).
and these graphs on the right side. Don't try to cram too many graphs into one image. You end up with tiny graphs and can't even read them sometimes.
These graphs on the right.
Events
Flow rate
Pressure (not mask pressure)
Leak
Flow Limitations
and snores only if its very active.

Here's an example of mine. Ignore the weird leak line...found out I had a tiny hole in the heated hose.
We don't need all those other graphs. Mostly they are normal anyway since there is such a wide variety of normal on those other data points.

WTF....

I can see your images ( photo of your machine settings and 2 pictures of your detailed report) in your last post where you used the imgur bbcode link
BUT
when I right click on the detailed report image that I see plainly and choose open it in a new tab I get the damn "zonks you've taken a wrong turn" message again. What the hell???
Imgur screwing with me? Is it just me or others.

Obviously my imgur.com works fine...the image I posted came from something stored in my imgur.

Brad S, your links don't look right. Are you clicking on the Share icon to the left of the photos and selecting Link? A correct link will not have an extension of any kind.

I think my Imgur is different than yours... I chose one picture in my library and clicked each of the copy links on the right side of the selected picture and they are below in order of appearance on Imgur.
The last one I right clicked on the picture and selected copy link and pasted it here. The only one that does not work for me if I click on them in the preview post is the HTML. It posts two pictures for some reason. Only the second one works and it is blurry.
