I'm looking forward to the Magic Uploader! in the meantime I wrote an app that uploads the cpap data to SleepHQ by inserting the SD Card! you can find it on sourceforge just search for "Auto Data Uploader for SleepHQ"!
It takes me less than a minute to put my card into the laptop and upload the data to sleephq.

Why would I need an app?
You don't! I'm just a programmer and I make the computer work for me! It's there for anyone that simply wants to insert the SD card and then walk away to complete another task!
I work in IT too and fully understand why you created your app. Well done and thanks for sharing,

I tried to find your code on sourceforge, but it seems to have been removed?
Google finds a cached result for "Auto Data Uploader for SleepHQ" on sourceforge, but not an active page.

BTW There are many tools in this world, but nobody has use for them all... but for most tools there are at least some people who do find it useful.
sourceforge deleted it because I didn't share the sourcecode.. it can be downloaded from my dropbox
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5e0y969gi2mn ... b_UMa?dl=0
Well there ya go.

Maybe Granny will let us know how it goes after she downloads it and tries it out?

Will have a look later.
Do you have the source code in your drop box? I actually wanted to have a look at how you did it.

You see it as lazy I see it as is why call myself a programmer if I don't write code that makes my life more convenient?
If you want to dedicate your life and find great meaning in saving a person 30 seconds then have fun with that. lol I don’t need to upload it daily in the morning or any time after that. I could upload once a week or month and the value plummets.

I don’t think you’re lazy for programming.

I think it’s lazy that people use a program for that

edit: I think the idea of a wifi sd card is great but they’re more money than I care to spend since my thirty seconds is not too much time spent.
Value will never plummet! Look at it like this. Every app I write is practice that gives me better skills as practice makes perfect, which means small projects= learning more which someday equates to earning more!
try reading what I said.

practice all you want.

i’m not into open source code programs that do little to nothing to improve my life.
Jesus, you're acting as if he's personally insulted you. I'm a data engineer by trade, which requires a decent amount of development (mainly integrating / wiring things together, not writing fully self-contained applications), and even in this capacity, it takes frequent practice and skill development just to maintain, let alone improve my coding skills. Much of this is throw-away code, as I invent problems just to solve them. It's one of the best ways to gain experience with the limitless edge cases you will face in your career.

The fact that techmaster created something that has utility (regardless of how limited the utility, in your opinion), and shared it for free, is very, very worthwhile. Maybe step back and realize how much practice, experience, and hard work it takes to build the software applications you use and obviously take for granted every day.

It's not magic.

I also later conceded and said: Y ou make a fair point.

To the tech guy-good job well done and good luck with that.

That said I’m pretty particular about programs that I dl to my laptop which I use for work. Bully to those who write those programs as its not my skillset.

I would say: Probably not nearly as bad as I am, but probably a lot worse than Zonker.

But that's just a guess, of course.
