Help analyzing my BiPAP data

Post by Okaythen » Wed Jun 22, 2022 7:36 am

Hello all, can someone please take a look at my BIPAP data from the other night and tell me what you think. Despite low numbers, I remain severely chronically fatigued. Thank you!

Does your image look like the examples above? Please don't zoom in unless someone asks you to.

I remain severely chronically fatigued.
Why the fixed pressures?

If someone doesn't feel the nice low numbers then we have to look at the usual suspects first.
1...How many hours of actual sleep is someone getting?
2...Does someone wake often during the night? If so, why?
3...Take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
4...Any other physical or mental health condition that might be a factor?

Your report (at least the report shared) is unremarkable. I suggest looking elsewhere for the cause of your fatigue.

Also, please try to keep your posts consolidated to one thread. This one for now.
Forum members won't bother trying to jump around and read multiple threads to try to follow what is going on with you.
They like to have everything in one topic/thread.

Got it and got it. Thanks for the feedback! Well, I just wanted to be sure my respiratory numbers and waveforms on PAP looked fine. I've been diagnosed with ME/CFS, which is of course the cause of my fatigue, but, a part of me always questions if I'm doing everything I can to address my UARS/sleep apnea. Seems I am. Thanks again for your help.

Nowadays they call it ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomayelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome). The first term basically means brain inflammation.
