Events per hour increase

Post by iNeedis » Tue Jun 21, 2022 4:40 am

Hey guys. So I know you all need the sleep reports and all to understand better (I can provide it if really necessary) but I am just looking for possible problems that this may be. So I have been using an f20 face mask and have been sleeping great. Usually will have 1 event per hour each nice. I have not changed any setttings by the way since my events started increasing out of no where. This past week I have been getting over 10 events per hour each night and am waking up a bit more tired than usual. Like the other night I got 14 events per hour, this morning I see I got 10 events per hour last night. I am not sick, nothing has changed in my lifestyle. What are the possible answers for this? Thanks guys.

That's right. On the information you've given us we couldn't even guess what the problem is.

I understand. Just want to see the possible reasons this is happening. I can post some OSCAR sleep reports? Should I post some from last few nights and then some from what is more normal of a night?

Yes, some Oscar daily pages of a good night and a bad night would be a great help. Due to server limitations on the forum, can you post them to a hosting site like Imgur and link them, please?

The reasons are going to depend on what events are increasing.

The experts need to see the data. And of course they are right.

i have just one question. I see you joined the forum in January of this year. Are you using the same mask? Perhaps it's time for a replacement. Maybe, just maybe, the silicone is leaking. Just a thought.
