You might benefit from the additional features of the VAuto. It can go to 25 cm if needed.
And it has the ability to give you higher relief during exhale than the AutoSet if you end up needing higher pressures you might like more relief than EPR can give you.

When people start seeing pressures in the teens being needed then the extra relief often comes in handy.

The AutoSet has EPR 1,2 or 3.
The VAuto has something similar in function called PS pressure support and it will do 1 to 5, or 6 or more.

Thanks for your unofficial, unmedical opinion.
I will talk to the pulmonologist tomorrow and ask about getting the AC10 VPAP.
I am going to take a printout of the OSCAR screenshots with me, for them to look at.

if it were me, i'd take the sd card as well. not many doctors are aware of the oscar software.

good luck with the vpap.

This was last night.
I was using an N30i (SW) on a (Sm) frame.
Started wearing a chin strap, but I removed that in the middle of the night, as it became sore to continue to wear it.
I also took 2, 5mg tablets of Melatonin before going to bed.
Fell asleep fairly quickly, did not wake up during the night, that I know of.
Feel somewhat good today.

P.S. the pulmonologist took 8 days of data, and determined that my 30 day average of my 95% pressure was only 10.5 cmh2O
REALLY?
How can you get a 30 day average with only 8 days worth of data? :? :?

That last chart was a real keeper. Whatever you did, try and do it more often. I am not an advanced math whiz, but reasonably proficient with plain arithmetic. That said, I can't see how you can take 8 days of data and determine a 30 day average which is LESS than your 8 day average. The good news is that you can change your settings if doc sets to 10.5.

Last night I used the Amara FFM (L). Did not have any leaks, that I'm aware of.

Seems like every time that I use a FFM, my AHI numbers go up, and there is an UGLY cluster of UA's, in the beginning, while I am trying to fall asleep, but when I use a nasal mask, my AHI numbers do go down, and there is very few UA's, in the beginning while I am trying to fall asleep.

When I use a FFM, should I up my min pressure? Currently at 14cmh2O. I was looking at the manuals that came with each FFM, and it looks like the maker recommends increasing the pressure due to a pressure drop.

Or maybe I should decrease the EPR from 3 to 2, or even lower it from 3 to 1, or maybe even turn it off completely?

The large leak line somehow got nixed from your events graph. It’d be good to restore it. If you look on the left panel, you’ll see you were running large leaks almost the whole time. So check you long hose your short hose, and all your hose connections. If it wasn’t your mask leaking, it’s got to be something else.

Actually, I unchecked it, under the events tab. I will restore it right away.

Should I adjust the min pressure settings on my machine?

According to OSCAR, my 95% pressure is just barely above the min pressure setting (12 cmh2O) on my machine.

Question: what is that, that is just below the SD Card slot, on the left side, on the AS10

Why?
According to OSCAR, your pressure goes abov1 12 only 5% of the time.
So what do you mean by "adjust"? Is it bothering you and you'd prefer it to be lower part of the time?

How do you feel?

this is fine for now. next time, would like to see the "events flags" across the top. and we don't need the ahi chart.

how'd you sleep? looks like a decent enough chart all told.

No left side bar, just the actual charts?

Fair, I guess. That was just a test, to see if I could link to imgur, like that instead of doing an attachment to here since it is getting full again.
