Hi everyone,
I have mild sleep apnea and UARS as diagnosed by ENT. I use a nasal strip to keep nostrils open and am struggling with the CPAP machine. This is from my report last night. I woke up 4 times and the longest stretch of sleep I could get was 2 hours. I feel horrible today, exhausted and almost ill. I find when I use the CPAP I can feel even worse. Any help is appreciated!
Interpret these OSCAR results? Thanks!

Do you realize you've got OSCAR reporting two different machine settings for the same night? And telling you that both are assumptions?

Welcome! Could you let us know how long you've been using your machine and how your current settings were determined? It'd also be useful to know whether your wake-ups involve particular kinds of discomfort or difficulty.
I have some ideas about a few changes you could try, but it'd be helpful to have the additional information before venturing advice.
In the future, it'd be helpful if you could take a single screenshot that includes all and only the following:
Left side panels
Graphs for events, flow rate, pressure, leaks, flow limitations, and snores.
