You said it started about when you went back to work... have you seen your MD? Had a proper cardiac check-up?

Not something (Epap aside) you want to fool around with.
I haven't , but I'm relatively young , and am probably the healthiest I've been in a while

Pressure support is the difference between EPAP (exhale) and IPAP (inhale)

Your settings on the machine are fixed
EPAP at 7 cm
IPAP at 14 cm
that makes PS of 7.....not PS of 4

To get PS of 4 you could use 7 EPAP and 11 IPAP
or 14 IPAP and 10 EPAP....or any combination in between as long as the difference is 4

I don't know why this has started happening recently. You are using a lot of pressure support; it'd be helpful to know why. Could you let us know?
I believe the pressure support is at 4, its on the screenshots to the left, but I dont know what pressure support is, lol
Pressure support is the amount of pressure on top of your EPAP. EPAP plus PS = IPAP. Yours is 7.

Being young never rules out potential problems... or are you like so many guys who just won't go to the doctor til it's too late?

I changed my PS to 5 last night, 11ipap, 6epap, and got the best sleep in about 5 days. My AHI was 6 , as opposed to 20 last night. My clear airway events are still a little high, but not as much. Thanks everyone for the knowledge shared.

Very good! The cause is still a mystery, but it sounds as though you're on the right track. After a few days, do try going down to PS of 4, as Pugsy suggested.
