This is a wierd one for your brains out there.
I just came to the US on vacation and jumped at the chance in purchasing a Resmed Airsense 11. However, upon downloading the MyAir app and setting up with my home location (Australia, where Resmed is manufactured!), I then found out that I cannot use the MyAir app at all because it does not support the Airsense 11, go figure. Part of the reasons, I think, is because the Airsense 11 is only available in the US at the moment. So unless you have a US Appstore account and address in the US, you may not be able to use the MyAir app.
I spoke to the local US Resmed customer support but they couldn't help at all.
Anyone has similar experience or be able to suggest a solution?

Solution is to scrap Myair and use Oscar, much more comprehensive, really useful at finding problems and experts here can help interpret and suggest fixes. You'll find directions on posting (in this thread please) what and what not in the Stickies viewtopic/t183702/OSCAR-v131-is-release ... -2022.html. Myair isn't half as useful.
