Dreamwisp nasal mask problem

Post by edavid008 » Tue Apr 26, 2022 1:10 am

Hello
I'm using the dreamwisp nasal mask (not pillow). When I adjust the mask sitting down, the mask is comfortable on and around the nose. But when I lie down (faced up) it seems that the mask is going up and the hard part on the bottom of the nose cushion (see attached image) is pressuring on my bottom part of the nose and even blocks the nostrils sometimes. I can't adjust it properly while lying down; it always moves up.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?
I tried the Large cushion but is is to large for me....
Thanks

Carefully watch four or five youtube videos on fitting and adjusting this mask - https://www.youtube.com/results?search_ ... +cpap+mask

Some of the videos are better than others. Some have good troubleshooting ideas.

Good luck!
