CPAP.com can't sell to certain states?

Without getting into an argument about states' rights, I think a centralised system will work better for the patients and practitioners. Here in Australia we used to have separate medical boards in each state. Now we have the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency which oversees 15 national professional boards. Once registered with the relevant board you can practice under the same rules throughout the country. The fifteen boards cover different health professions including

• Occupational Therapy
• Optometry
• Osteopathy
