It takes points off
If you take your mask off like if you get up to pee.
And you get points if you stay in bed to pee.
How can that NOT be wrong--on several levels?

Glad I am not the only one who has to fight to urge to go to the bathroom because you want to get a perfect score.

I'm looking at my results from last night and perplexed why when they gave me the AirSense 10 my range was 4 - 14. Now that I've set it 13 - 20, if I'm reading it right, it really looks like I'm benefiting from the 13 - 20 range. Am I reading that right? When my pressure was set at 13 8 years ago on my System One, I know my apnea could have gotten worse over the years and I know Ive gained weight since then but I had only just gotten the airsense 10 last year.

You are reading it correctly. The only thing I suggest considering is setting EPR to 3 and see if it helps with the flow limits. If you look at the pressure and flow limit graphs you can see how the pressure changes as flow limits increase. That may also help a bit with the centrals you are seeing.
Give yourself a chance to get used to the settings, at least a few days. Let us know how things go.
Overall, how are you feeling? More rested?

There's a lot of ignorance in the sleep medicine community. people are prescribing settings when they have ZERO clue about how the machines actually operate. Only a fool prescribes 4 for a minimum pressure for 97% (that's a guess) of the people out there, but 4 IS way out on the edge of the bell curve of pressures people need.

Yes, and based on that pressure curve, you need even more baseline pressure, because when you're using an EPR of two, it
drops your baseline pressure by two, meaning it's
effectively a min pressure of 11.
I suggest a min pressure of 14, (maybe 15) (go for 15 if you take the suggestion by Jlfinkels.
